Common questions

My code never arrived

Codes arrive by text, usually within a few seconds. Check the number you typed, check your signal, and wait a minute before asking for another. If it still does not come, email us and we will look at it.

I bought something and got no points

Two likely reasons. Either the category does not earn — fuel, tobacco, lottery, alcohol, gift cards, money orders and EBT never earn points — or your phone number was not given at the till. Email us with the store and the date and we will check the record.

Do my points work at other stores?

Yes. That is the whole idea. One balance, good at every store on the network. Look for the AnyStop decal in the window.

Do points expire?

Not while you are using the account. After eighteen months with no earning and no redeeming we may expire the balance, and we will warn you first.

I changed my phone number

Email us from the account's email address if you have one, or tell us the old and new numbers and the store you use most. We will move the balance across.

Something was wrong with my food or my reward

Speak to the counter first — the store prepared it and can put it right on the spot. If that does not work, tell us.

Closing your account

You can do this yourself in the app, without contacting anybody:

Open the Account tab.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
Read what happens, then confirm.

If you still have points or money in a wallet, the app will ask you to use or withdraw them first, so that closing the account does not quietly destroy something worth having. Details of what is kept and why are in the Privacy Policy.
